Overview

Obeliai (Rokiskis District) - on silver field blue bend with three silver apple-blossoms. Flag proportions 5:6, fringe is blue, finial is silver lance head with knob and ring. The charge is canting: "apple-tree" is "obelis" in Lithuanian. The silver field means location at water: Kriauna river and Obeliai lake.
