Flag

Located in Midori City Gunma Prefecture and established in 2008. The university flag is a green background with a white emblem in the center. The university emblem is a design of Gosan-no-Kiri (Three paulownia leaves hang in a row, above which are five flowers in the center and three on each side.) in reference to Kiryu's location, with the Chinese characters "大學" in the center. The seven mountains at the top represent Gunma, with the university in the center and the three mountains of Jomo on the right, and the three parties of students, teachers, and parents on the left. The roundness of the lower leaves symbolizes the fusion of nature and the ego, and the wish to be a person with a sense of generosity and abundance of nature and to be a person of integrity.
