That is the flag of Imam Khomeini Airport City (IKAC), which manages the
Tehran Imam Khomeini International Airport, also known as Imam Khomeini
International Airport (IKIA). IKAC is owned and operated by Imam Khomeini
Airport City Company. IKAC Co. which was established in 2015 and it is a
government owned company.

Its flag is a horizontal white
background with the logo in the middle and one blue horizontal stripe on top and
