According to the French vexillologist Pascal Vagnat (source: emblemes.free.fr website), the flag of Champdeniers-Saint-Denis is of proportions 1:2. It is based on the coat of arms of the municipality. It was presented to the municipality by Claude-André Fougeyrollas, late president of the Société héraldique pictave and adopted by deliberation of the municipal council on June 15, 2003.
The coat of arms is blazoned: Party per bend, 1. Gules two fleshers Argent, 2. Ermine, overall a wavy bend Azure.
