Mols is a Danish peninsula, quasi the drop of the Jylland nose consisting of ten settlements (probably nowadays united to one single commune). The biggest of them is Ebeltoft.
Molslinjen A/S (also Mols-Linien A/S) has developed to one of the biggest players in Danish passenger and car transportation by ship, maybe also railway. Originated in Ebeltoft on the above mentioned peninsula it has moved to Aarhus. The company transported more than 1.250.000 cars in 2016.
The company was established in 1963 as a public A/S by the city council of Ebeltoft and the local council of Odden. It became a part of DFDS from 1964 until 1984 was sold to Lauritzen and later in 1988 to DIFKO. Since 2022 it belongs to Nordic Ferry Infrastructure Holding AS.
The first line between Aarhus (Jylland) and Kalundborg (Sjælland) had already been established in 1874 operated by DSB Rederi (Danish Railway).
The parent company runs a ferry service between Odden, the uppermost north western peninsula of Sjælland and Aarhus and Ebeltoft in Jylland. The inscription on the hull is "MOLSLINJEN" with the logo (see at top of the page).
Mols has absorbed or succeeded a few minor shipping lines as follows:
1)Bornholmslinjen, operates a ferry service based in Rønne, sailing to Køge (Sjælland), Ystad (Sweden) and Sassnitz (Germany) since 2018, succeeding Bornholmstrafikken and Scandlines.
2)Alslinjen, operates a service between Fynshav (Als) and Bøjden (Sjælland) since 2024, succeeding Danske Færger A/S (trade mark: Færgen).
3)Samsølinjen operates a service since 2018 between Kalundborg (Sjælland) and Ballen (Samsø)
4)Öresundslinjen operates a service since 2022 between Helsingør and Hälsingborg, succeeding ForSea.
5)Fanølinjen operates a service since 2018 between Esbjerg (Jylland) – Nordby (Fanø).
6)Langelandslinjen operates a service since 2018 between Spodsbjerg (Langeland) – Tårs (Lolland).

I have to admit that I never saw any flag neither on ships nor on the HQ of the company. There is just a logo, painted on the hulls of its ships with a black inscription of the line (parent company: MOLSLINJEN) and an illuminated one on the facade of its HQ. But I am fairly sure, they have a logo flag.
The logo is blue consisting of four connected drops all put alongside the edge of an invisible circle.

An earlier flag is shown by Brown 1978, which shows the influence of then owners DFDS A/S, being blue with a white cross patty, charged with a red "M". In 1984 they were taken over by
The flag was blue with a white snow flake-like emblem in the middle, with eight rays

These days, they seem to be using another logo (they may have merged with someone...), as seen on company website I think the snow flake emblem has to do with their (former?) engagement with DIFKO, an investment company.
