Regatta clubs have only one purpose. They organise boat races. The range of a regatta club differs from a state, a region, one or more rivers down to a single location.
Their members are local rowing clubs. Sometimes the regional organisation (Landesruderverband) organises races instead. Here only "pure" regatta clubs are listed.

It ia a white pennant cotized black-white-red at top and bottom. At hoist is a red cross patty (Hanseatic cross).

It was a white pennant (see left image above) at hoist was a green diamond charged with white inscription "RH", slightly superimposed by red diamond cotized on centre with white inscription "W".

The former pennant (see right image above) was nearly the same flag, but before WW1 the diamonds had been lozenges instead.
