Shield parted per pale, at dexter Argent a pale wavy Azure superimposed by a watermill wheel in counterchanged tinctures, at sinister Sable a patriarchal cross fourché Argent.
Meaning:
The cross is alluding to the Hospital of the Holy Ghost of Memmingen operated by the Order of the Holy Ghost, which had a branch in Breitenbrunn from the 14th century until 1803, when it was secularised. The dexter half is symbolising the local creek and the watermills alongside its banks.
