Shield parted per fess, above Argent an upper demi millwheel Sable, beneath Azure a single embattlement Or charged with a triplemount Sable.
Meaning:
The mount (German: Berg) is a canting element and furthermore referring to the hillside in the valley of the Alz River. The golden embattlement, in German heraldry literally called a main embattlement, is taken from the arms of the Tunz kin from Tunzenberg, whose ancestral seat had been in the village. They had been in service of the Dukes of Bayern. The millwheel is canting and referring to the local business park of Wiesmühl upon Alz.
