Otzing Coat of Arms

Shield Azure, parted by an abased fess wavy Argent, a crozier Or in pale flanked at dexter by a gridiron Argent and at sinister by a trefoil of the same.
Meaning:
The fess wavy is a representation of the Isar River. The gridiron is an attribute of St. Lawrence, the local patron saint. The crozier is an attribute of St. Nicolas, patron saint of the church of Lailling, which had been incorporated in 1978. The trefoil is symbolising the rural character. The tinctures blue and white are referring to the Wittelsbach kin, the most important manorial lord in the current municipality.
