BANDERA: Constituida por tres franjas horizontales de igual
taman~o de colores azul, verde y rojo: el azul representa nuestro
inmenso cielo y la rica hidrografia, el verde simboliza la fertil
e inmensa llanura, y el rojo indica la lucha de nuestro pueblo en
la gesta libertadora."
