The symbols of Lopare (images) are prescribed by Decision Odluka o grbu i zastavi opštine i naseljenog mjesta Lopare, adopted on 6 May 2003 by the Municipal Council and published in the Municipal official gazette Službeni glasnik opštine Lopare.
The flag is a square banner of the municipal arms.

The lesser coat of arms of Lopare is "Argent a cross gules and overall
on a disk gules bordered azure two eagles heads erased conjoined
argent beaked and langued or".
The middle coat of arms has the shield topped with a silver mural crown
without embattlements and set between two plum branches above the
municipality name in blue.
The greater coat of arms includes supporters standing on a green
compartment, dexter St. Peter Zimonjić (1866-1941), the Metropolitan
of Dabrobosnian Eparchy (the Orthodox Diocese of central Bosnia), in
full sacerdotal clothes holding a trikirion and a dikirion (triple and double candlesticks, respectively) and a flag of Republika Srpska with the coat of arms in its centre and sinister St. George clad as a Roman soldier holding an upright sword and the flag of Lopare. Beneath is a ribbon argent inscribed "Lopare" azure.

The badge of Lopare, to be used separately as a symbol, is a blue-edged red disk with two heads as on the arms.
