Project of Venezuelan Flag for 21st Century: It appears as
conclusion of the work "Historical Evolution of the National
Flag of Venezuela" by Mr. Daniel Chalbaud Lange, published
with the sponsorship of the Ministry of the Defense in 1997. It
includes the Simon Bolivar's image on the yellow third to the fly
end inspired on the Barre's one that appears in the obverse of
the national currency. Image taked from the mentioned work.
