Organised in 1880, and still going. The club is known for being the oldest
club still going that has its own club house. Their history doesn't tell us how
old that club house is. In general, their history is longer on sports history
and short on club history.
Likewise, the club uses a club signal, but no
indication of where it came from or what it means. It's a very dark blue, with
the hoist sprouting a double hoist triangle of red. The dividing line where the
triangles end, is also the location of a white five-pointed star that is
vertically centred.
The club is old enough to have had officers' flags, but so far I have not seen any.

The burgee 'approximation', from the logo of the North Shrewsbury Ice Boat & Yacht Club website, has a proportions of approximately 8:11, with the star offset towards the hoist. However the 'waving' burgee from the logo above the entrance of the club house is rather longer, with the star at the center. I choose to have my image 'standardized': in the proportions of 2:3, with the star at the center.
