The Bayside Yacht Club baysideyachtclub.org has its station at
Chesterfield Township, Michigan. According to its history page the club was formed in April of 1961 as the Fisher Body Yacht Club, by employees of General Motors' Fisher Body division. Its name was changed in 1966 to Bayside Yacht Club.

The club's constitution, in the version of November 2011, has the following to say in article IX:
Article IX
Burgees and Flags
Section 1
The burgee shall consist of a swallow tailed pennant with canary yellow club initials (BYC) on blue background.
Section 2 then describes the officer flags, which are the common flags for the Commodore, "Vice Commodore", Rear Commodore, Fleet Captain and Past Commodore, except that the description leaves the colour of the stars on these flags open. For the secretary it's the crossed quills flag, but blue on a white field. The treasurer, finally, has an acorn of unspecified colour, also on a white field.

I must say that, apart from the unspecified colours, I like these better than the standard set, as it creates a clear distinction between the various Commodore ranks on the one hand, and the specialist offices on the other.
