The flag depicted (this is my alma mater) doesn't have the UAA seal on it,
but rather the university system seal, however, it is in the official UAA
colors. "Anchorage" can be seen at the bottom. It may say "University of Alaska"
across the top.

Matanuska-Susitna College - "Matanuska-Susitna College History In 1958, Palmer Community College held its first evening classes at Palmer High School, the beginning of more than six decades of challenge, growth, and success. To reflect the regional character of the Matanuska-Susitna Borough, the name was changed in 1964 to Matanuska-Susitna Community College. In the 1988 merger with the University of Alaska Anchorage, the name was changed to Matanuska-Susitna College. Currently, our campus occupies in excess of 130,000 square feet of enclosed space on the 950-acre Trunk Road campus, halfway between Palmer and Wasilla. MSC offers more than 100 classes that lead to Certificates, Associate of Arts, and Associate of Applied Science degrees to almost 1,500 students. We are grateful for the encouragement and support from many individuals, the community, and the state of Alaska who helped us reach this milestone over the last half-century. Thank you all for helping Matanuska-Susitna College deliver over 60 years of excellence in education. Glenn Massay Theater The 520-seat Glenn Massay Theater, located on the University of Alaska’s Mat-Su College campus, is able to host a variety of events including plays, musicals, lectures, conferences, concerts, competitions, festivals, benefits, recitals, movie screenings, receptions, and more. The mission of the theater is to provide a state-of-the-art facility for the MSC campus and the Mat-Su Valley community to present their ideas and creative endeavors to the public. It is a venue of education and entertainment that helps to strengthen, engage, and empower the community. The theater is named after former college director Glenn Massay who served in that capacity from 1988-1994 and again from 1999-2000. Dr. Massay was active in the Palmer Chamber of Commerce, Valley Performing Arts, and was fond of sharing his fine tenor voice at community events.” Source: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Matanuska–Susitna_CollegePaul Bassinson, 20 June 2022
