The Department of Correction is the prison system set up by the government,
in this case, by the State of Utah. They have a flag and it can be seen at
https://corrections.utah.gov/.../Flag-crop.jpg. It uses the
logo at
https://www.facebook.com/photo.php
with a white ring around it. The pattern extends to all areas of the flag, but I
am not sure if the white and orange bars, beyond the circled area, is a basic
rectangle.
At
https://corrections.utah.gov/udc-press-conference-concerning-execution-warrant
is some evidence to say it is, but I only found one flag photo in total. The
filename says it is the flag of the DOC.
It seems
this flag began use in 2024 when the state flag was also modified.
