Description of the Flag

A modern design horizontally divided purple blue and grey, along the hoist in a ratio approximately 1:1:6, along the fly 6:1:1. Centered adjacent to the hoist a large white wagon wheel with a gold bell in it, the area between the 8 spokes of the wheel colored blue in the fly half and the uppermost gap in hoist half; the other three gaps grey.
