Description of the flag

"Del Rey Oaks is a city in Monterey County, California, United States. The population was 1,650 at the 2000 census. Del Rey Oaks is a member of the regional governmental agency, Association of Monterey Bay Area Governments. The City of Del Rey Oaks was incorporated on September 3, 1953."
