Holiday Island is in Carroll County and it seems there was a flag used before
city incorporation. It uses the logo on
the sign at
https://carrollcountyar.com/holiday-island.php (4th photo in the slide show,
https://tinyurl.com/y8vuyuk5 for the
static photo). It is different from the logo used now by the city and I have no
evidence right now anything is used at the moment.
