The Gonfalon

From the site of Ukrainian Heraldry:
"It was confirmed in December, 23d, 2003 by the decision of Vynnychky village council session. The square panel divided vertically on two parts, on the white flagstaff panel (in 1/3 of a gonfalone width) are three red crossed spears edges upwards, on the blue free panel are five yellow hearts, topped by crosses (four are on the panel corners, and the fifth is in the middle). The author is A.Grechylo."

"It was confirmed in December, 23d, 2003 by the decision of Vynnychky village council session. Per pale; argent, three gules crossed spears edges upwards; azure, three or hearts in pale, topped by the or crosses. The shield enframed by or cartouche and crowned by or village crown. The author is R.Sercelevych.
The spear is a sign of Saint Dmytro and points on tne name of village.
