The edward-lee.com website shows the same flag design as the "Reported flag" above, while vexilla-mundi.com agrees with the first, reported from globalflag.
The emblem shown at hccg.gov.tw (same on both designs) is placed on pink background in the first image and on light aqua in the second. On the center of a dark green triangular device, reminding of vintage sci-fi stop motion animation movies, stylized letters "竹市" (zhú shě), from the city full name, in red.

Hsinchu City Emergency Medical Promotion Association

The Hsinchu City Emergency Medical Promotion Association, also Hsin-chu Society of Emergency Medical Care is an organization established on May 18, 2022. Members include physicians, nurses, long-term care workers, and family caregivers. The association aims to enhance the professional skills of long-term care workers by promoting first aid and long-term care education, thereby protecting the lives of those around them and reducing the burden on caregivers of people with disabilities. The association collaborates with various long-term care facilities in Hsinchu City, in Hsinchu County to conduct continuing education courses, such as AED and CPR+AED certification courses for the general public, and credit courses on professionalism, quality, ethics, and long-term care regulations.
