The General Authority of Zakat, Tax, and Customs (ZATCA) is a government agency under the Ministry of Finance in Saudi Arabia that is responsible for the assessment and collection of taxes and zakat, a form of obligatory almsgiving in Islam.
The flag is dark blue with the logo above the name in Arabic and English.

ZATCA was created in 2021 by the merger of the General Authority of Zakat and
Tax and the General Authority of Customs. They had their own flags.
