Flag

Sovetskiy Rayon adopted its coat of arms and flag on 17.10.2007. However, the Heraldry Council requested several minor changes, which were made, and new symbols were introduced in November 2007 (shown above).

The rayon has 12 Village Councils: Kokshinskiy, Kolovskiy, Krasnoyarskiy, Nikol'skiy, Platovskiy, Polovinskiy, Setovskiy, Sovetskiy, Talitskiy, Urozhaynyy, Shul'gin-Logskiy, and Shul'ginskiy village council. None of them have adopted symbols, as far as I know.
