Description of the flag

Petropavlovskiy Rayon has coat of arms and flag, both adopted on 16.06.2009.

The Rayon has 9 Village Councils: Alekseevskiy, Anton'evskiy, Zelenodol'skiy, Kamyshenskiy, Nikolaevskiy, Novoobinskiy, Pautovskiy, Petropavlovskiy, and Solov'ikhinskiy village council.

The flag is a blue rectangular cloth with a width to length ratio of 2:3. The cloth of the flag bears the composition of the coat of arms, in the lower part of the flag there is a jagged tip, with three teeth, consisting of countless yellow ears of grain, the width of the vertices is 1/3 of the width of the flag, in the center of the flag there is a yellow rising, shining sun (without the image of a face), with damage at the bottom, with six expanding inscribed rays, three on each side, accompanied in the upper part by a flying, to the flagpole, with raised wings, white crane.

In an azure field above an oblique, jagged end, with three teeth sent out and bordered by countless golden ears of corn, a golden rising, shining sun (without the image of a face), with damage from below, with six expanding inscribed rays, three on each side, accompanied, at the head of the shield, a silver crane flying to the right and upward with raised wings.

Anton'evskiy Village Council

Anton'evskiy Village Council is part of Petropavlovskiy County in Altayskiy Territory. The Village Council of Deputies adopted the coat of arms and flag on 20.09.2021.

In an azure field, between the included narrow, wavy scarlet edges thinly bordered with silver, on top of all a silver paw-shaped cross, on a gold saber in a scabbard, laid with the handle to the left, accompanied at the top by a gold horseshoe with spikes upward and above them three silver pointed tops, the middle of which is higher.

Zelenodol'dkiy Village Council

Zelenodol'dkiy Village Council is part of Petropavlovskiy County in Altayskiy Territory. The Village Assembly of Deputies adopted the coat of arms and flag on 22.07.2024.

A rectangular green cloth with a width-to-length ratio of 2:3, on which are reproduced the figures from the coat of arms, executed with the heraldic silver, gold, and gules replaced by white, yellow, and red colors, respectively.

In a green field, with a golden head and tip, each once notched in the middle, there is a golden sheaf, tied with a scarlet ribbon, located between two counter-facing silver bushes of feather grass (without roots).
