Shield Or, a couped tower Gules with port and windows Sable, portcullis Argent over a base wavy of Vert and Argent, in chief two harps Azure. Mural crown Argent with three visible towers (village rank) and white scroll reading in black upper case letters "MANADAS - SANTA BÁRBARA".
Meaning:
The tower is the usual attribute of Santa Barbara, patron saint and name giver of the municipality.

Presentation of Manadas

Manadas Commune, a.k.a. Santa Bárbara, is one of the six communes of Velas Municipality; it had 400 inhabitants in 2001 and covers 12,50 km².
