Shield Argent, issuant from a wall Gules masoned Argent a tree Vert with its trunk superimposed by a judge staff Argent in pale. Mural crown Argent with four visible towers (town rank) and white scroll reading in black upper case serifed letters "UNIÃO DAS FREGUESIAS DE CAMPELOS E OUTEIRO DA CABEÇA".
Meaning:
Tree and wall are taken from the arms of the former Outeiro da Cabeça Commune, where the wall is realised as a group of billets on orle. The staff is taken from the arms of the former Campelos Commune.

Campelos e Outeiro da Cabeça is one of the six communes of Torres Vedras Municipality created by a merger during the 2013 changes. It had 3795 inhabitants in 2021 and covers 30,0 km².

Meaning:
"Outeiro da Cabeça" (literally: "hillock of the head") refers to a local headland, which is not expressed in the arms.
