Shield Argent on a fess Sable three human figures statant Argent set per fess, accompanied in chief by two heraldic fountains and base by a "valley" Vert.
Mural crown Argent with three visible towers (village rank) and white scroll reading
in black upper case serifed letters "ALDEIA NOVA - TRANCOSO".
Meaning:
The three figures are shown somewhat grotesquely, clothed and featured, arms straight down, resembling naive folk art sculptures of some sort (no idea what these correspond to in reality — will search).
At the base one more of those "valleys" used in some Portuguese local coats of arms, like the reverse of a mound, or the view of a row of mounds, offset half frame sideways.
