Shield Vert with base wavy of Azure and Argent, two olive branches Or fruited sable crossed per saltire, in chief a Marian crown Or, issuant from base a mount Or. Mural crown Argent with three visible towers (village rank) and white scroll with inscription in black capitals "PÓVOA DE MIDÕES".
Meaning:
The crown is representing Our Lady of Grace, the local patron saint.
