Located in Bunkyo City Tokyo and established in 1946. The embroidered ceremonial flag has purple background with a gold corporate emblem and gold kanji university name written vertically in gold fringe. The university flag has purple background with a white logo mark in the center. The corporate emblem is a design of the school motto 仁 "Jin"=healing act and expresses the philosophy that all who gather at Juntendo aspire to. The corporate emblem is a design of 仁"Jin" from "healing, justice, courtesy, wisdom, and trust..." It was used on Juntendo medical examination cards and medicine bags in the early Meiji period, on the portrait of Shochu Sato, and on the school emblem of the College of Medicine. The logo mark is purple corporate emblem in the form of a circle with the year of foundation and the school name in Chinese characters TOKYO 1838.

Medical school table tennis club; The club flag has purplish blue background with a white B corporate emblem and vertically written kanji university and club name in white. It is said that the "B" corporate emblem is a "S" for Sato or the "A" corporate emblem is patterned after the kanji "大" of the university.
