The flag of the city of Ichinoseki is white with mark.

The city emblem was adopted on Nov 15th 2005 by Notice No 89 but there is no flag law. The white flag has a blue and a green two color city emblem in the center. The city emblem is a stylized hiragana い I of Ichinoseki. The blue color stands for River Kitakami running thru the center of the city and the branch rivers and the green color for the forests of Ou Mountains, Kitakami Mountains and an abundant nature in the city.
