logo depicts a globe view of the world in a silver and white gradient. Curved
around it is the full name of Ministry of Higher Education & Scientific Research
around it in blue. Over the globe is the tip of a pen with a graduation cap over
it signifying education, and has on its tassel a Kurdish flag. The Kurdistan
Region map is placed over the tip in white. Underneath is a stylized depiction
of book pages opening in blue and gray also for education; underneath to the
left is KRG signifying the region and Iraq underneath to the right, both in
gray. The institutional name is placed under this logo in Arabic in blue.
