Here is the flag of Salaheddin or Salah-ed-Din or Selhadin or Salah-ad-Din or
Saladin Governorate, from the name of the famous Sultan Saladin, founder of the
Ayyubid dynasty (12th century). It is white with the logo centered.

I found 2 variants of the logo, all from 2017, but only the second version on
a flag according to a photo.

The logo of the governorate is primarily the second version found by Merklin. It is a golden circle with 3D details, having the national flag found at the top. The center depicts a gradient map of Iraq fading from white (top) to green (bottom), depicting the historically important Tigris and Euphrates rivers over it. At the bottom of this circle, text is read reading Salah al-Din Governorate in Arabic in white outlined in black and curved. In the center, a 3D statue of Saladin the Kurdish commander is depicted on horseback carrying a sword.

This logo is of the "Salah addin Provincial Council" in 2015.
Jean-Marc Merklin, 25 May 2021
The provincial council logo has an outer ring in the national colors of red, white, and black. The central circle reads Salah addin Provincial Council in Arabic above and in green; below in English and in black. In the background, a view of mosque domes are seen in blue. At the forefront, the namesake of the governorate, Saladin as a Kurdish commander is depicted in black on horseback.
