The flag of the Croatian Handball Federation (photo) is vertically divided red-white-blue with a variant of the federation's logo.

A different flag is prescribed in the federation's Statutes (text), as follows.

The Federation has a flag and a emblem.
The eemblem of the Federation is round in shape. The emblem is divided into three parts by a stylized handball player with a ball and is tricolor in colors of the state flag of the Republic of Croatia (red - white - blue).
The flag of the Federation is square with a white background. In the upper part of the flag is the emblem of the Federation, below which is written in bold letters "HRVATSKI RUKOMETNI SAVEZ" (Croatian Handball Federation).
