Anti-Fascist Action in Scotland

Anti-Fascist Action in Scotland refers to local anti-fascist efforts, often involving broad coalitions of unions (like STUC, Unison, Unite, etc., anti-racist groups, student bodies and community organizations, mobilizing to counter far-right activity, especially around asylum seeker protests, with coordinated actions like rallies and counter-demonstrations. While AFA itself is a historical UK network, its spirit lives on in contemporary Scottish anti-fascist movements fighting white supremacy and far-right extremism, as seen in events like the Glasgow anti-racism marches as well as pro Independence rallies.
