Altamira is one of 9 municipalities in the Province of Puerto Plata. Its flag is white with the municipal emblem (or coat of arms) in the center with additional inscription "ALTAMIRA" in blue letters below the emblem.

Altamira has one municipal district - Rio Grande. Municipal Districts in Dominican Republic are sub-municipal entities with some autonomy within the municipality. Most of the municipalities in Dominican Republic (but not all) have municipal districts, and some have several of them. I didn't find flag for Rio Grande. Image of the emblem attached.
