It is a blue pennant with white inscription "GSK" between two thin horizontal white lines.

The pennant is red with three white 5-point stars in triangle at hoist.

The pennant is white with blue bordure at top and bottom and an inscription "GS" in blue serifed initials shifted to hoist. Grenaa is located on the easternmost point of Jutland on a peninsula north of Aarhus.
