It is a red over white or blue flag divided per bend sinister. In the white stripe are dotted blue capital letters: "R.V.B."
The Bille is a small river flowing into the River Elbe in Hamburg city.

The blade has the same pattern as the flag but without the blue inscription on the white.

Name: Bille Ruderclub "Palmyra" 1896 e.V.
Located in: Hamburg-Rothenburgsort
Established: 1898 as Bille Ruderclub "Palmyra"
Dissolved: 1965 by a merger
The members of this rowing club, a predecessor of current RVg "Bille", had been sailors of a namesake ship.
The club merged with RC Teutonia, (established on 21 March 1896). The former had a flag, the latter an own boat but no flag.
The flag was quartered of celestial blue and white. On upper hoist quarter was a yellow inscription "BRCP" ordered 1:2:1.
The club merged with Bille RC Cocurrent in 1965. The name of the new club was RVg "Bille".
