Shield parted per pale, at dexter Azure a chalice Argent, at sinister Argent three heraldic roses Gules in pale.
Meaning:
The chalice is alluding to the importance of the village as seat of one of the primoridal parishes in the Bishopric of Regensburg. The roses are taken from the family arms of the Günzhofen kin, who ruled the namesake district (Bavarian: Hofmark) from the 15th until the 17th century.
