Narovlyanskiy Rayon of Gomel'skaya Oblast was officially granted a flag by Presidential Decree No. 121, dated 26.03.2021. The flag is based on the rayonal coat of arms - a rectangular cloth of blue color, in the center of which is a silver horseshoe, topped with a gold cross.
