Title: Table des pavillons que l’on arborre dans toutes les parties du monde connu concernant la Marine, XVIIe siècle
(in English: Plate of the ensigns that are flown in all parts of the known world concerning the navy, XVIIth century)
Medium: chart
Language: French
Edition (publisher: place): (France)
Edition date: 17XX (?)
Remarks: Available at

line; warning: almost 3 Mb!
A very interesting chart. One word of caution however
— the chart cannot be XVII century, but must be slightly
later; probably early XVIII century. It makes reference to
George I, King of England, who did not come to the throne
until 1714.
Edward Smith, 05 Oct 1999
It is indeed a very interesting flag chart clearly 18th
century. Note it has just about all the doubtful flags of
other 18th century charts:
Memel (green-yellow),
Brandenburg West India Co.,
China (cluttered) et al.
Norm Martin, 05 Oct 1999
