The Banana Shire Council uses a vertical banner as its flag. It consists of a council logo on a white field. It seems that the logo is positioned just a bit more up from the midway. There is also another flag which is not quite visible - white with some coat of arms on it, probably the shire crest, but it yet to be confirmed.
