The AmaXesibe Traditional Council represents the Xhosa speaking people in South Africa, predominantly in the rural Eastern and Western Cape Provinces.
The photo above shows a banner of the Western Cape Provincial Branch of the
Council. The banner is white with the emblem of the Council is in the
centre, with the name of the Council above and the Branch name below, both in
black capital letters.
