Bani Wael (Banu Wa'il, Bani Wail, etc.) is a generic name that encompasses
several tribes, of whom the Bani Bakr (Banu Bakr ibn Wa'il, Bakr Bin Wael), the
Bani Taghlib (Banu Taghlib ibn Wa'il), the Banu Hanifa and the Banu Anizah who
are considered a cousin tribe and the largest.
Originally from Nejd in
central Arabia, they migrated northward before Islam, settling in Upper
Mesopotamia, including parts of modern Iraq and southern Turkiye (Diyarbakir =
Land of the Bakr). Today, they are scattered across Saudi Arabia, Iraq, Syria
and the Levant.
Like the Anizah, they are
Adnanite (northern) Arabs, descending from the Rabiaite branch.

I found flags with the name "Bani Wa'il" written in white on red background. I also found a "banner of the tribe of Annazah" ( https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/File:Banner_of_Annazah.png) and "Anezah" ( https://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/File:The_Banner_or_flag_or_the_Arabian_Tribe_Anezah.jpg), with "Bani Wa'il" written on it, beside the inscription "There is no god but God, Muhammad is the Messenger of God" but no mention of Anizah.

These flags were labelled Anizah by their publishers.
