Newport Harbor Yacht Club

The blue pennant from the Newport Harbor Yacht Club, based on the Balboa Peninsula in Newport Beach, Orange County, California.

A really dark blue burgee bearing a red ring, and in the ring a white capital letter "N" in a sans font. Presumably, the N stands for "Newport". I followed a printed depiction of the burgee, rather than a photograph of an actual burgee, hence I'm not completely sure about the shade of blue.
