Bainbridge Island is a city in Kitsap County, Washington, and the name of the island in Puget Sound on which the city is located. The island and the city are both named after Commodore William Bainbridge, commander of the U.S. frigate Constitution during the War of 1812. The city of Bainbridge Island came into being in 1991 when the former City of Winslow annexed the entirety of the island, becoming the City of Bainbridge Island.

The city's flag can be seen in several photographs online, particularly at www.insidebainbidge.com. The flag appears to be the city seal centered on a white field. The seal itself is circular, showing a scene in blue and white of a ferry crossing Puget Sound, with mountains and trees in the background. The scene is surrounded by a thick blue circle containing the words "CITY OF" at the top and "BAINBRIDGE ISLAND" across the bottom, all in white capital letters. The only other color on the flag comes in the form of two red strawberries in the blue circle, separating the top words from the bottom.

The previous flag was used until 2019.
