Description of the flag

Omena is an unincorporated community and census-designated place located in Leelanau Township in Northern Leelanau County.

The flag is a green field with a white horizontal bar with the community's name on it. Behind the bar is a golden circle, and on the lower half of the circle is the community's establishment year.
