I found a picture of the old flag of Blue Island. The background is white and what appears to be Blue Island's coat of arms is roughly if not perfectly centered. The seal, which is divided into thirds, has wheat garlands. The text above the coat of arms reads "CITY of BLUE ISLAND" and below the coat of arms "ILLINOIS" but really wide. Both rows of text are in red.
