Description of the flag

In April 2025 Bettendorf began displaying a new flag that uses only the symbolized "B" of its logo and previous flag on a dark blue background.

I received a photo of the flag of City of Bettendorf, Iowa, that I got from the city Administration. Here is short explanation:

"Attached is a photo of our city flag with the city logo. The city logo was designed by Ohley Agency in Bettendorf, Iowa. The city logo is a clean, simple, yet distinctive look featuring a traditional typefont and forward-sweeping arcs joined to form a stylized capital letter "B". The flow of the "B" represents movement/moving forward. Shades of blue were selected to represent the strength, professionalism and stability the city embodies."
