From the site of Ukrainian Heraldry:
"It was confirmed in December, 14th, 2004 by the decision of Zubra village council session. In yellow square panel stands red bison, turned to staff, above it is horizontal dark blue strip in 1/4 parties of a flag, on which are three white horns. The author is A.Grechylo."
