Heraldry:
"Represents a rectangular panel with a ratio of width to
length 2:3 and consists of three equal horizontal parts. The top
and bottom part are green, average are white, framed by lines
with thickness of 1/12 width everyone. Top of them is yellow,
bottom is black. The colours of a flag display colour scale of
arm structural elements and accordingly carry the same symbolical
loading. The author is V.Il'ins'kyi."

Heraldry:
"In a vert board with the sable basis is argent beet with or
beet tops, accompanied in a board by two argent storks with gules
beaks and pads, and in the basis by two argent cubes of sugar. In
the top of a board is or sun. In the crest is Tryzyb, decorated
by the decorative ornament, and framed by the two or ears, which
are twine by the yellow-and-blue ribbon with "Andryshivs'kyi
region" words. The author is V.Il'ins'kyi."
